Needled is a UK‑based clothing and fashion brand celebrated for its exquisitely embroidered garments. They came to us seeking a visual identity that would reflect their craftsmanship and elegance using only black and white colors across all touchpoints. The goal was to create a distinctive, memorable system that feels modern and sophisticated, yet approachable.

We started by immersing ourselves in Needled’s world studying their product range, materials and the emotions customers associate with high‑quality embroidery.

Crafted a custom “N” mark where the letterform is entwined by a thread that loops through a needle eye symbolizing both the brand name and its core craft.

Black‑and‑white palette reinforces the minimalist luxury concept. I paired it with a bespoke serif logotype for personality and a clean, open sans for supporting text to ensure readability across digital and print.

This project involved creating a range of design elements, including logo design, color palette, typography, photography, pattern, social media templates, business cards and letterhead.
These elements work together to create a cohesive and memorable brand identity that reflects Needled's values and style.
